This year's 5K race is run Saturday of
Labor Day weekend - August 30th

General Information: The 7th annual Crosswinds
5K will begin at 9:00 am, with registration from
7:00 - 8:45am. Runners of all ages are invited to
participate in this exciting event sponsored by
Crosswinds Wesleyan Church . This certified course,
with computerized race results by PCR Timing.
Starts and finishes at Crosswinds. T-shirts guaranteed
to runners pre-registered by August 14th . Awards will
be given to the Top 3 Finishers in each age category.

Pre-Registration - $15 (GRTC members- $13)
Race Day Registration - $20 (GRTC members- $15)

After the race, share refreshments with your family,
friends, and fellow runners as you view photos &
video of the race on the large screens. Come & enjoy
the morning with us!

**All proceeds will benefit the Sands Cancer Center
at F.F. Thompson Hospital - specifically earmarked
for the Patient Special Needs Fund used to help cancer
patients pay for supplies and procedures that are not
covered by insurance.

Last year, in 2007 - $4,303 was raised for the Sands
Cancer Center. We would like to express thanks to the
380 runner participants, and also to our business
sponsors and donators.
