What are the beliefs of the Wesleyan church?

Knowing what a church believes is the first and most important step to finding a church home. Our statement of faith is outlined on “Our Ministry Playbook” page in the “About Us” section of this site. Read it carefully and if you have further questions, please contact us at office@crosswindsonline.org or through this website.

What are Crosswinds services like?

You can expect a casual but worshipful setting, where the word of God is communicated through a combination of relevant bible teaching, live music, scripture reading, prayer and sacrament. It is our hope that the hour we spend together each week will only be the beginning of your worship experience.

What programs are available for children?

In UPTOWN you will find a place where your children can come and learn about God in a kid friendly way. Our caring leaders will show children God’s love through their actions and teaching. BABY BOULEVARD is for children 8 weeks – 2 years, and includes dedicated rooms for Nursery, Crawlers, 2 yr olds and nursing moms. PRESCHOOL PLACE is for 3 and 4 year olds. ROUTE K-5 is for Kindergarten – 5th Grades. Check out the Children’s Ministries page on this website for more information, or contact tsmith@crosswindsonline.org.

What programs are available for teens?

Middle School Youth nights are on Tuesdays from 6:30 – 8:30 (MS) and Revolution Youth nights are on Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:30 (HS).  Other special events, community service, missions and ministry teams are available, too. Do you have Christian counseling available?

Pastors on staff are available for short-term pastoral care to individuals/families, and we have several certified Christian counselors that we may provide referrals to as well. What is Celebrate Recovery? Do I need to attend Crosswinds regularly to be part of Celebrate Recovery?

Celebrate Recovery is an international Christ centered recovery program designed to help people with their hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Celebrate Recovery meets weekly and is open to anyone regardless of where they are in their spiritual journey, or where they attend church regularly. You do not have to be a Crosswinds member to take part in CR. For more information, please visit the Celebrate Recovery link on our website.

My family is facing a financial, transportation, or housing crisis. Are there resources available to help us out?

Our Sharing & Caring Ministry may be able to help you in times of crisis. We may be able to assist with housing, transportation, utilities (water, heat, gas, or telephone), food, or medical expenses. Consideration for assistance is currently available to members and regular attendees of Crosswinds Wesleyan Church only.
